~F CERTAIN APPROPRTATTON TRANSFERS BY THE
BUTTE COUNTY GHIEF ADMZNISTRATZVE OFFTCER
WHEREAS, ~he Board of Supervisors is authorized by
Section 29Z25 of ~he Government Code to adopt by Resolution the
procedure se~k forth in said section for the approval of certain
appropriation transfers by a desigt~.ated covnty official, and,
WHEREAS, ~he Chief Administrative Officer is, by the
na~ure of his position, best suited to assume these responsibilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS, that the Butte County Chief Administrative Officer
shall review and approve ar reject requests for appropriation
transfers or revisions in lieu of and with the same effect as
approval or rejection by the Board of Supervisors for those
appropriation transfer xequests which are limited to:
a. A single budget unit;
b. Trans~ers within, but not between, the expenditure
objects of Salaries and Employee Benefits, Services and Suppl.ies,
Other Charges, and. expenditure transfers and reimbursements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April
1.980, by the Butte Covnty Board o~ Supervisors, by the following
vo~e:
