WH~R~AS, this Board has received a petition from William
Nla~hews and others requesting the abandonment of a publzc utiiity
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this ~oard sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board o£ Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on. J~e 3 , 198Q, at 10:00 a,m. , in
the Board Chambezs, Butte County Administration Bvilding, Orovill.e,
: California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
fo].lowing described easement:
A porta.on of Paradise Pines Unit ~~8, Lot 47 as
shourn on that certain map recorded in Map Book
38 at Page 4, Butte County Official Records,
more particularly described as follows:
The northerly 5.00 feet of the southwesterZy
10.00 feet of said Lot 47.
2. That this zesolution be posted and published pursuant
, to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §504~41.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
