Cookson and others requesting the abandonment of a publ.ic utility
easement and recreatzonal easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §g50440, et s~ec..,
this Board sha1l set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT ItESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1.. That this Board.hereby gives notice that at i.ts
regular meeting on June 3 , 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A portion of Paradise Pines Unit ~k8, Lot 32 and
being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, NIDP~I,
as shotan. on that certain map recorded in Map Book
38 at Page 4, Butte County Official Records, more
particularly described as follo~rs:
The east 10.00 feet of said Lot 32.
2. That this resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
