This matter came on regu7.arly for hearing betore the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on April 29, I9$Q, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Sui~ding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place o£ Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regu~.arly given as required by law, and testimony an~. evidence,
both oral and doc~mentary, having been produced at said hearing, £rom
which said Board now finds Chat the hereinafter described Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective pubiic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE$Y O~DERED as follows:
1. That the recreational easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter u~ore particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said recreational easement so
abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Southerly 3 feet of recreational easeu~ent located
within Lot 188 of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 3, as said lot and easement are
shown upon the map filed for record in Book 38 of
Maps at Pages 64, b5, 66, 67 and 68, Butte County
Records.
3. That the C1erk o£ this Board shall cause a certi£ied
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
