pF CERTAIN APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS BY THE
BUTTE COUNTY CHIEF ADMINISTRATIV~ OFFICER
WHEItEAB, the Boazd of Supervisors is authorized by
Section 29125 of tha Government Code to adopt by Resolution the
procedure set forth in said section for the approvaZ of certa~n
approprzation transfers by a designated county official, and,
WHEREAS, the Chzef Adzninistrative Officer is, by the
nature of his position, best suited to assume th~s~ responsibilities,
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED SY THE BOARD OF
SUPER~7TSORS, that the Butte County Chief Aclministrative Officer
shall review and approve or reject reguests for appropration
transfers or revisions a.n lieu of and with the same effect as
approval or rejeation by the Soard of Supezvisors for those
appropriation transfer requests which are lxmited to:
a. A single budget unit;
b. Transfers within, but not between, the expenditure
objects of Salaries anfl Employee Benefi~s, Services and Supplies,
Other Charges, and expenditure ~ransfers and reimbursements.
