Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Mav 6 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Ozoville, California, and it appearing to
said Board rhat a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonmen~ was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced a~ said hearing, £rom which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary fox present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFpRE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as £oZlows:
l. That the public utility easement and recreational ease~~'
ment situated in Che County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described zs hereby abandoned.
2. That ~he description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of Califnrnia, and more particularly described as
foliows:
A portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E MDM, and being
a portzon of Paradise Pines Unit No. 5 as recorded
in Map Book 35 at Page 90, Sutte County Official
Records, more particularly described as ~ollows:
A 20-foot Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement, the centerline being the westerly line
of Lots 110, 109, 108, I07 and 106, as shown on
said map. Also 85, 86, 111.
Excepting therefrom the northerly 25.00 feet and
that portion lying south of a line being 10.00
feet northeast and parallel with the southerly line
of Lot 86 and the southeasterly e~tension thereof.
3. That the C~erk of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy o~ this Resolutzon, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors ~
