This matter came on regularly for hearing before th.e
Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on ~v 6 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administra-
tion Suilding, Oroville, Cali£o~'ni.a, and iC appearing to said Board
that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of saz.d Abandonment was
duly and regularly given as required by law, and testzm.on.q and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced a~ said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement and Recreational Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use. -
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEFKEBY ORDERED as follo~rs:
1. That the public utility easement and recrea~ion.al ease-
ment situated in the County ot Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and racreational easement so abandoned is situated i.n ~he County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being a portion of that certain 10-foot wide public
utility easement located within Lot 306 of Paradise
Pines Country C~ub Estates Unit No. 4 as said 1ot
and easements are sho~an. upon the map filed for
record in Book 38 at Pagas 69, 70, 7l, 72 and 73,
Butte Coun.ty Records, more particularly descri.bed
as follows:
A 2.50 ~oot strip of land, the southwesterJ.y line
of which is coincident with the southwesterly Iine
of the following-described parcel:
A strip of land of the unifornn ~ridth of 10 feet
I.ying contiguous to and southwesterly of the north-
easterly boundary line of sa~d Lo~ 306 and extending
from the southeasterly bou.xxdary line of said Lot 306
N 25°34'07" west approximately 123 feet to the north-
westerly boundary iien of said Lot 306.

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
3. That the Clerk o~ this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
