program in ~the Chapmantnwn community, among the purposes of which are the e7S.minabion
of blight and the stimulation of residentia7. rehabilitation; and
Wf~k'tEAS~ the County has determined that certain parce3.s identified
in the aforesaid neighborhood may be brought into compliance wlth Gounty objectives
only through the direct County acquisition and rehabilitation of real property;
and
C~IEREAS~ the County has received an appraisal report from Joe Williams
in accordance with federal and state regulations, for the purpose o£ establishing
just compensation for cer~ain specified real property.

that:
The Board hereb~r establishes the sum of F`ive Thousand Dollars ($5~000.00)
as £aar market value for property located at 777 Uzrgznia Street, Chico, also
identi.fied as Butte County Assessor's Parcel Number 01~6-13-6-010-0.
BE TT ~'URTHER RESOLSTED that the Boaxd of 5upervisors of the County of
Butte iiitends to se11 the aforement~.oned property at a minimum price of $5,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTEB by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 13th
