This matter came on regularly for Ycearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte, State ot Ca~ifornia,
on May 13 , 1980, in Che Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Orovi.lle, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Ti.me and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, bo~h oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utxlity easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particulary described is hereby abandoned.
2, Z'hat the description o£ said publi.c utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularl.y descra.bed as
follows:
A portion of Paradise Pines Country Club Estates
Unit No. 4, Lot 88, and being a portion of Section
35, T23N, R3E, r~M as shvwn on that certain map
recorded in Map Book 38 at Page 72, Butte County
Official Records, more particularly describec3 as
follows:
The east 7.00 feet of the west 12.00 feet of said
Lot 88, excepting therefrom the southerly 20.00
feet.
3. That the C1erk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, wi~h the sea~ of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State ot Califomia.
