Tha Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte r~solves:
This Board hereby amends Reso~ution Na. 76-~8, adopt~d on
February 3, 1976, by dele~ing Paragraph 3 ot that resolution and by
subs~ituting a new Paragraph 3 as follows:
°3. That this Baard determines that ~he work and improve-
men~s and acquisitions and speczal assessments therefor and a~.1
proceeding~ for the same shall be done pursuant to the terans
and provisions of the Municipal Tinprovemen~ Act o~ 1913,
except that iFnprovement bonds ~epresenting unpaid assessmerits
sha~l be issued under the terms and provisions of the Tmprove-
men~. Ac~ of 1911. "
