Tt is desired to amend said agreernent, as hereinafter
set forth. ~
AGREEMENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, ~~ is mutua3.~y agreed as follows:
1. The Exhibi~. "A" dated 9-21-79, a

said agreeznent, and it is agreed that the
