Slagh.t and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg..,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives no~~ce that at its
regular meeting on July 1 , 198Q, at 10:00 a,m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administrat~.on Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing Sr~aii be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A portion of Lot 8 of Paradise Pi~es Unit No. 8
as shown on that certain map thereof, xecorded
in Map Book 38 at Page 4, Butte County Official
Records, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most sourherly corner of said
Lot 8, thence N 50°03'32" E, 5.3J. feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thenee N 59°34'29" W
parallel with the southerly J.xne of said Lot 8
52.48 feet; thence N 39°52'S8" ~, 5.07 feet
parallel with the northwesterl.y l.ine of said
Lot 8; thence S 59°34'29" E, 55.09 £eet to the
southeasterly line of sai.d Lat 8; thence S 50°
03'32" W along said southeasterly Iine, 5.31 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEG~NNSNG.
2. That this Resolution be posted amd published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
