Welborn and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as des~ribed below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg..,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice tha~ at i~s
regular meeCing on July i , 1480, at 10:0o a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovilie,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A portion of Lot l95 as shown on that certain map
of Paradise Pines Unit No. 4 recorded in Book 35
M.O.R. at Pages 96 through 101, County of Butte,
State of California, more particul.arly described
as follows:
The most southerly i20 feet of said Lot 195
indicated as 12-t'oot public utility easement,
excepting there~rom the east 25 feet.
2. That this ResoZution be posted and published pursuant
ta the provisions o~' Government Code §§5a440 and 504G~1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 27th day o~ May , 1980, by the following vote:
