HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-114AWHET2~AS, the County of Butte desires to undertake a certain project designa~ed Child Sexual Abuse Treatment Program to be funded in part from funds made avaiiable through the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, PL 90-351, as amended (thereafter referred to as the Crime Control Act) adminis~ered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning (hereafter re£erred to as OCJP}. NOW, TI~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that th.e County Welfare Director of the County of Butte is authozized, on its behalf, to submit the attaahed Applica~ion for Grant for Law Enforcement Purposes to OCJP and is autihorized to execute on behalf of the County of Butte the attached Grant ,Award ~or law enforcement purposes including any extensions or amendments ~hereof.
