RESOLUTxON SETTTNG T~ME AND PLACE OF HEARING FOR
DETERMINING PUBLIC CONVENTENCE AND NECESS~TY
Sacramento Avenue Assessntent District No. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resalves:
1. Th.zs Board has adopted a map showing the boundaries
of proposed Sacramento Aver~ue Assessment District No. 1, wha.ch map
is entit~.ed, "P~oposed Bo.u~daries of the Sacramento Avenue Assessment
District No, l, County o~ Butte, 5tate of Califarnia." .
2. This Board proposes ta imple_zitent spec~a~. assessment
pzaceed~.ngs und~r the pravisions of the Municipal Tmprove,tnent Act of
Z913, with bonds to be issued under ~he provisions o~' ~he Improvement
Ac~. of 19I1 tor the purpose ot ~he construction of improvements,
3. Tuesday,:the lst day of July, ~980, 3t the hour of
11:1.5 A.M. of said day, is fixed as the day and hour, and the meeting
place of the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of But~.e, 1.acated in the
County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Orovi~~.e, Californza
as ~he p~ace, when and wher~ any and all p~rsons interested may appear and
show cause why the Board should not find and determine tha~t the publ.ic
canvenience and necessity require the proposed a.mprovements ~o be made
in said proposed assessment district, without compliance wi,th ~the pro-
visions of the Special Assessm~nt Inv~$tigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Ac~ of 1931..
4, The Caunty Clerk is hereby directed to gzve notice of
the time and p,~ace of said hearing in ~he fol~awing manner:
By publishing a Natice of Improvement, said p~.blica~ion
to be not ~ess than ~wenty (20) days prior to the date
of said hearing. ~

By posting a copy of the Notice af Tmprovem~nt at or
near the p~ace of ineeting of the Board o~ S~pervisors
for f~ve {5) days prior to the t~me of said hearing.
By mailing a copy o~ the.No~ice af Impravement to each
property owne~ in said proposed assessment district,
said mailing to be sent not less than twen~y (20) days
prior to ~he date of the hearing.
By posting a copy of ~he Natice af Improvement on a11
open streets within ~h~ praposed assessment distric~,
said notic~ to b~ posted no~ more than three hundred
(300) feet apart, and not less than twenty (20? days
prior to the date of the hearing.

and regular~y adopted by the Board of Superv~.sors of the County of
Butte, State of Cali£ornia, at a regular meeting thereof, he~d on
