HEARING OF PROTESTS

I. At the di~ec~~on of this Board, th~ Engineer of -
Work ~or a.mprovement proc~edings in Sacra~enta Avenue Assessment
District Na. 1, Butte Coun~y, CaZi£ornia, has fi~ed wi~h the County
Clerk ~he report described in Section 10204 of the 5treets and High-
ways Cade (Municipa~ Improvement Act of 1913}. This Board accepts the
report without modification, for the purpose of canducting a hearing
of protests ta the imp~ovements described in the report.
2. This Board sets 11:15 A.M. Tuesday, the lst day of July,
1980, in the Ch~mbers of the Board o£ Supervisors at the County Adrn~n-
istration Ce~ter, 25 County Cente~ Drive, Orov~ille, Ca~ifornia, as the
time and place for hearing pro~es~s ~o the proposed improvements.
3. The Caunty Clerk is dir~c~ed ~a publish, post and mail
the notices of ~mpravement requi~ed by the Municipa~ Improve~-ent Act
of 1913, and to ~ile an af~idavit of compliance.
