This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californza,
on June 3 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
' Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Flace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was d~ly and regula~ly given as required by law, ax~d
testimony and evidence, both oral and doctunentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Boazd n.ow fa.nds that the
hereinafter described Public Utiliry ~.asement and Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective pubJ.~c use.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORD~R~b as follows:
1. That the public utility easemenr and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
atter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public uCiliCy easemen~
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated. in the County of
Butte, State o£ California, and more particularly described as
follows:
A portion of Paradise Pines Unit ~k8, LoC 32 and.
being a portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, P~IDM,
as shown on that certain map recorded in Map Book
38 at Page 4, Butte County Of~icial Records, more
particularly described as follows:
The east 10.00 feet of said Loe 32.
3. That the C1erk of this Board sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State ot California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder o~ the County of Butte, State of California.
