This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors ot the County of Butte, State of California,
on. June 3 , 1480, in the Board CHambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearzng to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafi'ter described Public Utility Easemen~ and Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospecei~re public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, ZT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in ttee County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
aftez more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public util.ity easement
and recreationa~ easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularl.y described as
follows:
A porCion. of Paradise Pines Unit ~~8, Lot /~7 as
shown on that certain ntap recorded in Map Book
38 a~ Page 4, Butte County Ofticial Records,
more particularly described as follows:
The northexly 5.00 feet of the southwesterly
10.00 feet of said Lot 47.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shaZl cause a certified
copy o~ rhis 12eso1ut~.on, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of ButCe, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Re~orde~ of the County of Sutte, State of California.
