program in the E1 Media cammun~ty among the purposes of which are the
elimination o~ bligh~ and the stimulat~on of rehabi1itati:on; and
VJHEREAS, the coun~y has determi'ned that certaYn parcels identified i'n
the aforesaid neighborhood may be broug~t ~'nto compliance with coun~y ob~ectives
only through the direct caunty acquisition and rehab3litation of rea7 property.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the C1erK of this Board be
ordered to ~ublish in accordance wi~h the law the following notice of intention
to purchase real proper~y.
