the State of California for partfcipation in the Deferred Payment Rehabilitation
Loan Program administered by the State Department of Nousing and Community
Development; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligib1e to receive funds under this
program to camplement and expand housing rehabil~tation activities in the project
area of its Commun~ty Deve~opment B1ock Grant Program; and
6dHEREAS, the County of BUtte recognizes ~he State Deferred R~habilitation
Program as a source of funding that wi11 enhance and expand ~ts present ~ousing
rehabilitation program in the Ei Medio neighborhooa.
~OW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RES~LUED that
1. The County Admin~strative Officer is authorized to submit an
application to the State Department of Housing and Community Deve7opment fior the
Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program.
2. The Chairman of the Board of 5upervisors is authorized to enter
into a contract with Gonnerly & Associates, Inc. for the preparation of this
appl9cation.
