BE I~' R~SOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISQRS of the COUNTY OF BLiTTE,
S'TA'~E OF CALIFORNIR, as follows:
i. That the tabula~ian of anticipated revenues and proposed expendi-
tures for the ~Fisca7 year I980-8I has been reviewed and re~ised under the
direct~~n Of t~li5 Board, and now conforms to its judgement as a prop~r preliminary
financial program for sa7`d fiscai year and is hereby adopted as t~e "Proposed
Budge~ of th~ County of Butte for the F9sca1 Year 1984-81."
2. The "Proposed Budget" s~aii be reproduced and a su~ficien~ number
of b~dget documents sha11 be provided sa tha~ each ~axpayer who desires may
obta~n o~e, and a copy shall ir~mied~ately be forwarded to the State Control~er
by th~ Audi~or.
3. The Clerk of ~he Board sha11 forthwith pub1ish a nat~ce once in a
n~wspaper of general circu1at~on stating tha~:
(a) The "Proposed Budget" ~ocurr~nts are avai1ab1~ to taxpayers
requesting them.
{b~ That this Board af Supervisors will meet at Orov~lie on
Tuesday, July ~5, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of 5uperv~sors room, in ~he
County Adminzstrat~on Bui7ding, 25 County Center Drive, ~n t~e City of Orav~~Ie,
County of Bu~te, State a~ Ca~ifiornia, for the purpose of fixing ~he final budget
and any taxpayer may appear ther~at and be h~ard regarding the 3ncrease, decrease
or omission af any items of the Budget or for the ~nc'luszon of addit7onal items,
al~ in accordanc~ wit~ Section 29,066 of the Government Code of t~e State of
California.
