NOW~ THEREFDRE~ IT TS RESOLVET) that:
l. ~t is the intention of this Board to se71 the a~'orementioned

psaperty at the minimum price of $5~000.
2. On July ~Z.~ 19$0~ at ll:i5a.m., a public meeting of the Board
of Supez-vlsors of the County of Butte will be held at the regular place of
meeting of sai.d Board~ at which time proposals to purchase the aforementioned
property will be received and considered.
3. Interested buyers are asked to submi.t sealed offers to the
Covnty Administrative 0#'ficer, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, no la-ter
than 8:30 a.ra. July 22, 19~0. A bid deposit of $500 must accompany each
offer and is re~vndable if an offer is rejected or is applied ~owards the
purchase price i~ the offer is accepted.
