Th.is matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
Ot7~ ~7~~nP at}~ _ , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Adma.n~.stration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon
Alleys and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documenCaxy, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described alleys are unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, TH~1tE~'0].tE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alleys situate in the Coun~y o£ Butte, State
of California, as hereinafter more particu].arly described, are hereby
abandoned.
2. That the description ot said alleys abandoned are
situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as toiiows:
AI1 alleys of Block Seven, EI Medio Tract, Sub-
division Number One, as designated on the map
thereo~, filed as o~ record in the office of the
Recorder of the County o£ Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, on the 7th day ot February, 1910, in
Boo1c 6 of Maps, at page 1.7.
3. That the Cle~k of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recoxded in the
