6E IT RESOLVEO that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby intends to contract for fire protection services between the County of
Butte and the State Department of Forestry and hereby intends to contract for
fire protection services in the 1980-81 fiscal year between the County of Butte
and the State Department af Forestry.
7H~REFORE B~ I7 RESOLVED that when the fire contract between the
County af Bu~~e and the Department of Forestry is approved by ~his Soard, that
the Chairman is hereby authorized to execa~e same.
PASSED AND AD4PT~D by the Batte County Board of Supervisors this
