CLERK-RE~ote[;~fi~~ This matter came on x'egularly for hearing before the
FEE
',Z2,78~~Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte, State of California,
on July 'I , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Califoxnia, and it appearing ~o
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as requized by la~w, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from whi.ch said Boa~d nota~finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and ~2ecreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY OR.DERED as follows:
i. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is herebq abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Sutte, State o~ California, and more particularly described as
follows:
A portion o~ Lot 8 of Paradise 1'ines Unit No. 8
as sho~an on that certain xnap thereof, recorded
zn NFap Book 38 at Page 4, ButCe County OfficiaL
Records, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said
Lot $, ~hence N 50°03'32" E, 5.31 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 59°34'29" W
paraLlel with the southerly ].xne of said Lot 8
52.48 feet; thence N 39°52'S8" E, 5.07 feet
~ parallel with Che ~orthwesterly line of said
Lot 8; thence S 59°34'29" E, 55.09 feet to the
southeasterly line of said Lot 8; thence S 50°
03'.32" W along said southeasterly 1ine, 5.31 feet a;
