This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board o~ Supervisors o~ the County of Butte, State of California,
on ,~ul~ ~ , I980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Buil.dzng, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace o~ Hearing of said
Abandonznent was duly and regu~.arly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter descrii~ed Public Utility Easernent is unnecessary for

present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEItESY ORDERED as ~oiiows:
l. Th.at the public utility easement situated in the Gounty
of Bu~~e, 8tate of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described, ~.s hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State o£ California,
and more particulazly described as follows:
A por~ion of Lot 195 as shown on that certain map
of ~aradise Pines Uni.t No. 4 recorded in Book,35
M.O.R, at Pages 96 through 101, County of Butte,
State of Californi.a, more parti.cularly described
as follows:
`The most southerly 120 feet of said Zot 195
indicated as 12-foot public utility easement,
excepting theretrom the east 25 £eet. ~
