this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petiti.on for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ R~SOLVED by the Board of Supe~visors:
1. That this Board hexeby gives notice that at its

~he Board Chambers, Butte County Admzn~.stration Building, Orovi].Ie,
California, a hear~.ng shall be he7.d on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
All those certain PUE located and shown on ~ot 2
Paradise Pines Unir No. 4 recorded in Book 35 M,aps
of Record at Page 98, County of ~utte, State o£
California. Being a portiion of Sec~ion 25, T23N,
R3E, MDB&M, more particular~y described as follows:
Being the most northerly 12 feet and the most
easterly 10 feet of said Lot 2, excepting there-
from the soutFierly 25 feet lying within the 25-foot
bui~ding setback line.
2. That th.is Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
