1. That this Soard hereby gives notice that at its

portion of I~ot 152 as shown on ehe Map of
Paradise Pines Unit No. 2 as recorded in Book
35 Maps of Record at Pages 71 through 7/~,
Count~ of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
All that certain 10-foot public utility ease-
men~ lying adjacen~ ~o and ttorth of the
fo].l~owi.n.g-described line. Commencing at the
sou~heas~ corner of Lot 152 and running thence
