FOR ENVIRONMENTAL H~ALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Environmental Health D~trision collects fees
for septic tank applications, refuse collection, yariances to
Chapter 19 of the Butte County Code ("Aunt P1in.nie"), and W~ii
permits as set forth in the Bu~Ce County Code; and
WHEREAS, Chis Board has au~ended the Butte County Code to
pravide that said fees will be as provided by xesolution of th~.s
Board; and
WHEREAS, said amendment to the Butte County Code will
become effective on July 10, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors as follows:
1. The following fees will be effective as of
Jul.y 10 , 1980 :
