i~OW, THEREFORE, B~ TT 1~ESOLVED by the Soard of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Au~ust 19, , 1980, at ~p~~qp a.;.m. , i.n the
Board Chambers, Butte Counry Administration Building, Oroville,
Ca7~iforn,ia, a heariz~.g shall be held on the abandonmen.t o£ the
following described easement:

Paradise Pines Unit No. ~+ as recorded in Book 35,
at page 1Q1, County of Butte, State of California_
More par~icularlp described as folZows:
Being situated in Section 2S T23N, R3E, MDBbM, said
easements are as follows: (1) 12-foot lying along
the wes~ line of Lot 300; (2) 10-feet lying along
the so.uth line of said Lot 300.
Excepting th.erefrom those portions lying within
the 200 foot building setback lines on the east
and north lines of said property.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50%41.
