Pinocchio and others requesting the abando.nment of a public utility
easement and recreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§55040, et seq., thzs
Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment;
NOZd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its reguZar
meeting on August ].9, ,~980, aC L0;0~ a.~. , in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, OroviiZe, California, a
hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the following described
easement:
A 12-~oot Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement ~eing a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E,
NIDB&M, also shown as Lot 139 of Paradise Pin.es
Country Club ~states Unit No. 2, recorded in Book
3$ Maps of Record at Pages 6I through 63, County
of Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
All that certain 12-foot public utility and
recreational easement lying adjacent ta and
northeasterly of the southwesterly line of
said Lot 139, PPCC ~~2.
Excepting therefrom the southeas~erly 20 feet
lying within a 20-foo~ building setback 1ine.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published puxsuanC
to tlie provisions of Government Code §55040 and §5504~..
