ZMPLEMEl~TING CURR~N'S FEES FOR E1~VIRONMENTAZ
HEALTH SERVIGES
WHEREAS, on Ju1y 8, 1980, th~.s Board adopted Resolution
No. 80-14I implementing fees foz Environmental Health services; and
WHEREAS, fees for some of the services set forth in that
resolution are present~.y included within other fees already estab-
lished by this Board; axzd
WHEREAS, i~ is necessary to amend Resolution No. 80-141
to delete those fees that are included in other tees.
NOW, THEREF"aRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sutte County Board
of Supervisors as follows:
Z. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 80-141 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1. The followizzg £ees will be effective as of
July 7.0, 1980:
