Home My WebLink About80-149~eso~ufion RESOLUTION 0~' INTENTION TO ESTABLISH CQUNTY SERVICE AREAS N0. 75 NORTH PARK SUBDIVISION STREETLIGHTS AND N0. 7b QUAIL RUN SUBDIVISION STREETLIGHTS AND DRAINAGE. WHEREAB, pursuant to Tit1e 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Government Code at the State of California, the Board by its own motzon has initiated proceedings for the establishmen~ of county service areas; and WHEREAS, the Lqcal Agency Forma~ion Commission and Butte Connty have approved the formation of County Service Ax~ea No. ~5 for streetlights and County Service Area No. 76 for_streetlights and drainage. NOW, THEREFORE,:IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that: 1. County service areas are proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County: The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the area are in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2: The names proposed for said county service areas are CSA #']~ North' Park Subdivision Streetlights and CSA #']6 Quail Run Subdivision StreetJ.ights and Drainage. 3. The type of ext,ended service to be prova.ded is streetlighting and storm water drainage. 4. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for servi.ces in each of these areas. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77a and Butte County Code Section 21-8~ through 21--90. A public hearing on the report regarding service charges will be held concurrently with the service area formation hearing. 5. On August 26~ 1j80, at 1Q:OA a.m. a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said areas.
