abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That thi.s Board hereby gives notice that at its
regu~.ar mee~ing on August 26 , 1980, at 10:00 a,m. , in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration. Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A.11 that certain 20-foot public utility and rec-
reational easement lying 10 feet wide on each
side of that certain ].ine dividing Lots 12 and
I3 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Country
Club Unit No. 2, recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Pages bl th~ough 63, County of Butte,
State of Calzfornia, mare parta~cularly described
as follows:
Beginning on said line at its ~n~ersection with
the southeast corner a£ said Lot 1.2; ttcence N 78°
15'06" W, 136.30 fee~ to the southwest corner of
Lot 12; and the end o~ said line. Excepting there-
from the easterJ~y 20 feet and the westerly 10 feet
lyi.ng wirhin the building setback on the east and
a public utility easement on the west. Aiso
excepting therefrom that ce~taa.n 20-foot drainage
easement ly~ing wxthizt the entire length of the
aboYre-said description.
2. Thar this resolution be posted and published pursuan~
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
