it advisable to sell surplus property located at 777 Virgin~a Street, Chico,
also denoted as Assessor's Parcel number 046-13-6-010.
NOW, THER~~ORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. It is the inten~ion of ~his Board to sell the aforementioned
property at the minimum price ofi $5,000.
2. On August 26, 1980, at 11:~5 a.m., a public meeting of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte will be held at the regular piace of
meeting of said Board, at which t~me cash only 6ids to purchase the aforementioned
prnperty will be received and considered.
3. Interes~ed buyers are asked to submit sea]ed offers to the
Cou~ty Administrative Officer, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, no later
~han 8:30 a.m. August~~~26, 1980. A b~d deposit of $500 must accompany each
offer and is refundab~e if an offer is rejected or is applied towards the
purchase price if the offer ~s accepted,
