The Board af Supervisors o~ the Coun~y of Butte resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries af ~ast Ridge Assess--
ment District, Caunty o~ Bu~te, Sta~~ af Ca~.i~ornia" ha5 been ~i~ed
with the Gounty C1erk. ,
This Board approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the exten~ o~ the terx~itory included
in a pr~ppse:d asses~Inent di,strict t~ be known as East Rid~e
AssessFnent I7istrict, County af Butte, State of California.
This Board f~nds that the map is in the form and con-
tains the matters prescr,i.bed by Section 3110 of the California
St~e~ts and Highways Code.
This Board directs ~he County Clerk ~to cextify the adopt-
ion a~ thzs resolution on the face of tl~e map, and to ~i~e a copy
of the map with ~the County Recorder ~or placement in ~he Boak of
Maps of Assessment Distric~s.
