OF IMPROVEMENTS

The Board of Supervzsors of the Coun~y of Butte resalves:
A pub~.ic hearing ~or which not~ce has be~n given by pt~.blica-
ti.on, posting and mailing, has been held as to the public convenience
and necesszty of the improvements in Sac~amento Avenue Assessment Dis-
tra.ct No. 1, Butte Caunty, CaZiforn,ia.
This Board has heard and cansidered al]. the evidence, bo~h
oral and wri~.ten, re~ative ~o ~he publa,c con~renience and necessity a~
the cons~~uctian of the improvements, and finds tha~ the public conven-
ience and necessity requ~re th~ foll.owing improvemen~s propased to be
con.structed ~.n Sacran~ento Avenue Assessment District Na. 1.:
Construction of storm drainage facil.ities, including
drop inZ~ts, manholes, underground pipes, sediment
traps and az~. ~.zaps and appurtenant items ~.n State
Raute 32, West Sacramento Av~nue, Co~umbus Avenue
and Oakl.awn Avenue, and ~n storfn drainac~e easemen~s.
and ~urther d~termines that th~ Specia2 Assessment Inv~stigation. Limita-
tion and Majority Protest Act of ~931 shall not apply to these asses5ment
proceedi~gs and that this project sha11 praceed in accardance with ~he
terms and provisions of th~ Mt1ri1C1P1Z Improvement Act of I.91,3.
