RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS

The Board af Supervis~rs of the Coun~y af But~te resolves:
On JuJ~y ~., 1980, the Board of Supe~visoz~s ap~ned a pu hlic
hearing on the Resolutian of Intention and ~he Engineer`s Report on
the p.~oposed improvement in Sacramenta Aven~e Assess~nen~ District No. 1.,
Bu~tte Coun~y, Califarnia.
At or before the tame se~. far hearing, certain interes~ed per-
sons made protests or abjections to the p~oposed improvement, ~he extent
of the assessment district, or ~the proposed assess~ent.
The Board of Superv~sors her~by overru~.es each of these pr~tests,
w~itten or oral.
The Boa~`d of 5upervisors finds that the protest agaanst ~he pro-
posed a.mpravement fincluding a11 written pratests no-t withdzawn in writing
before the conclusion of the protest hearing} is made by th~ ow~ers of
less than one-half of the area a~ the land to be assessed tor the improve--
znent.
