RESQLUTION AUTH~RTZING CHANGE ORDERS
SacraFnento Avenue Assessment District No,l
The Board of Supe~v.~sors of the County of But~e resolves:
The Baaxd of Supexvisors hereby authorizes the Direc~or of
Pub~ic Works of the County of Butte to issue change o~ders for ~he
work in Sacramento Avenu~ Assessment Dis~rict No, l, Butte Caun~y,
Cali~ornia, under th~ fo~lowing condi~ion,s:
I.. To cor~ect clerical and technica~ errors in the plans and
speci~'~cations.
2. To modi~y ~the design of the improvement to acco~d with
better enginee~a~ng practice ar to achieve eco~.omy of
const~uc~tion, .
3. To adjust the design of th~ improvement to util~ty locations,
soil conditi.ons, or o~her condi~ions unknown or uncertain when
th~ p].ans were d~awn.
Cost increases in change orders issued under this authori~y sha].l not
aggregate more than the aznoun~ set as,~de for canstruc-~ion contingenca.es
a~n the cost estimate approved by the Board of Superv~.sors.
