RESOLUTZON CORRECTING CERTA~N ASSESSMENTS
Sacramento Avenue Assessment Dis~rict No. ~ i
The Boa~d of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On Ju1y 29, 1980, the Board of Supe~viso~s of the County of
Butt~ levied an assessment in Sacrarr~n#o Avenue Assessmen~ D~strict
No. l, Butte Coun~y, CaZi~orn~a, ta represent ~he cost o~ drainage
improvements in that assessment aistrict.
McCain Assocxa~es, Engineer of Work ~ox the assessmen~
distric~, has determi~ed that ce~ta~n assessments should be reduced
because of changes in ~he area of the assessed parcels so far as thzs
a~fects the manner zn which assessments were calculated.
The Board o~ Superviso~s hereby ord~rs that the following
numberEd special assessments shall be corrected to the fol~owing
amounts as shown on the AmendEd Engznee~'s Repart for Sacramento
Aven~e Assessment District No, l:
