said ~oaxd that a Notice o£ Time and P~.ace of Hearing of said
~,.bandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, bo~h oral and documen~ary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinaf~er described Public Utility Easementi.is unnecessarq for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEE2EBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, Stare of California, as hereinaf~er more part~.cuiarly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the Countq of Butte, State of Galifornia,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of the southeast quarter of
Section 14, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a
portion of Lot 152 as shown on the Map of
Paradise Pines Unit No. 2 as recorded in Book
35 Maps of Record at Pages 71 through 74,
County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A11 that certain 10-foot public utility ease-
ment lying adjacent to and north of the
following-described 1ine. Commencing at the
so~.theast corner of Lot 152 and running thence
N 79°22'12" W, 20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING: thence N 79°22'1.2" W 160.78 feet to
the end of said Iine. .
