This mattez came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on mm Au~~~ ~,2, , 1980, in the Soard Cham.bers , Butte County
Administration Building, Oroviile, Cal.ifornia, and i~ appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and. evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
h.ereinatter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective ptt.blic use.
I~OW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as ~oiioWS:
1. That the public utility easement si~uated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more parti.cularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descrigtion of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situa~ed in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more parCicularly described as follows:
All those certain PLIE located and shown on Lot 2
Paradise Pines Unit No. 4 recorded in Book 35 Maps
of Record at Page 98, County of Butte, State of
California, Seing a portion of Section 25, T23N,
R3E, MDB&M, more particularly described as follows:
Being the most northerly 12 ~eet and the most
easterly 10 feet of said Lot 2, excepting there-
from the southerZy 25 feet lying within the 25-foot
building setback line.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shal.l cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recoxder of the County of Butte, State of California
