WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Myron 0.
Stolle and others reqv.esting the abandonment of a public nti.lity
easement and recreationa7. easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50444, et se~.,
this Soard sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFOIt~, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board o~ Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives no~ice that at its
regular meeting on Sep~ember 16, , 1980, at 11:15 a.u~., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bui~ding, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonmen,t of the
following described easement:
Being a public uta.lity and recreational easement
located on Lot 97 as shown on that certain map of
Paradise Pines Un~.t No. 15 recorded in Book 38
Maps of Record at Pages 42 through 44, County of
Sutte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Those certain easements 10 feet wide and lying
west of the east line of said Lot 97 and north of
the south line of said Lot 97. Excepting there-
from that portion ly~ng within the 20-foot setback
line as shown on said map.
2. That this Resolution be posted anc3 published pursuan~
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §50441.
