Brunski and others requesting the abandonment of a public utili~y
easment as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the pe~ition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at i.ts
regular meeting on ~e~-~ember 16.. 1980, at ~~•l~ ~.m., ~.n the
Board Chambers, Butte County Adminisrration Building, Ozoville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A11 those certain 10-foot public utiliey easements
lying within Lot 142 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit No. 4, recorded in Book 35, Maps o£
Record at Page 99, County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, more particularly described as follows:
Said 10-~oot public utility easements are lying
parallel with and adjacent to the following
described lines: ~
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said
Lot 142; thence N 38°47'07" E, a distance of
136.46 feet to the end of said line.
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said
Lot 142; thence N 45°19'S9" W, a distance of
84.47 feet to th.e most northerly corner of
said Lot 1%2.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the
20-foot building setback lines adjacent to Creston
Road and Sh.erwood Circle.

to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
