NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE- by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its

the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A portion of Paradise Pines Unit No. 12, being
a gortion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, NNM, as
shown on that certain map thereof recorded in
Map Book 38 at Page 27 Butte County Official
Records, more particularly described as follows:
A 2.00 foot strip ot land being the most south-
easterly 2.00 feet of the most northwesterly ~.0.00
feet of Lot 120 as shown on said map of Paradise
Pines Unit No. 12, excepting therefrom the most
northeasterly 10.00 feet and the most southwesterly
20.00 feet of said Lot 120.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published puzsuant
to the provisions ot Government Code §50440 and §5044I.

be opera~ed on the selected hardware con~iqurataon

to respond to requirements imposed by secu~iLy
and privacy legis~a~3on. Such data access '
controZ plan sha~~ define a~d protec~ ~he current
opera~ion o~ the membe~ aqencies. Every agency
shall have the yight to p~~~ect cartain in~orma~ian
~hat it genera~ss and through nego~ia~ion alone
will it ~e de~e~nined what in~ormation i5 to
ba shared and/or kept private. Control over
basic input in~o the system wou~d be by the
agency generati~g such data and th~ ~ina~ r~aling
. on outpu~ woul~ be by ~he Policy Board.

at such times and places as the membe~s shall designate.
2) Special meet~ngs of ~he Soard may be ca~led by ~he
Chairman ar a majority oz ~he members of ~he Board
a~ such tima and ~~ace and for such purpnses as sha~~
be proper.

no~ice of all ~eetings a~ ~he Soard, shall have
cu5tody of all dacuments of ~he Baard and provide
for ~heir safeke~ping, and shall per~orm such other
and turther duties as may from ti~e to time be
~ ass~gned by the Board.
