This marter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervi.sors of the County of Butfe, State o£ California,
on August 19 , 1980, in. the Board Chambers, Butte County
Adminiseration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment raas duly and regularly given as required by law, and
Cestimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from ti~hich said Soard now finds that the
hereinafter c~escribed Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, ZT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereix~.a~ter uiore particularl y
described, is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public ut~lity easement
so abandoned i.s situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
at~.d inore particularly descrzbed as follows:
All those certain easemen.ts lying within Lot 300
Paradise Pines Unit No. 4 as recorded iz~ Book 35,
at Page 101, County of Butre, State of Ca].ifornia.
More particularly described as follows:
Being situated in Section 25 T23N, it3E, MDB&M, said
easements are as follows: (1) 12-foot lying alon~
the west Zine of Lot 300; (2) 10-fee~ ~.ying along
the south line of said Lot 300.
Excepting therefrom t1~.ose por~ions lying within
the 20 foot building setback lines on the east
and north lines of said property.
