RESOLUTION ABAI~IDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEM~NT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, on
Au~ust 19 __, I.930, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
A.dministration Building, Oroville, California, and it appeariz~.g to
said Board that a Plotice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, botlz oral and documentary, having been
produced at said heari~g, from which said Board now find.s that the
hereina~ter described Public Utility Easemen~ and Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NO~T, THEREFORE, IT IS I3EREBY ORDEREb as follot~rs:
l. That the pub~.ic utility easement and recreational
easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as
hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County ot
Butte, State af California, and more particularly described as
follows:
A 12-foot Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement being a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M, also shown as Lot 139 of Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit No. 2, recorded in Book
38 Maps of Record at Pages 61 through 63, County
of Butte, State of California, more particular~.y
described as follows:
A11 that certain 12-foot public utility and recrea-
tional easement lying adjacent to and northeasterly
of the southwesterly line of said Lot 139, P1'CC ~~2.
Excepting therefrom the southeasterly 20 feet lying
within a 20-~o.ot .buildin~ setback -1izi,e. _
.3. That the Clerk of th~.s Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
