Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e, State of California,
on Au~;ust 26 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Orovil~e, California, and it appeaxing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o£ said
Abandonment was duly and regv.larly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinaftez described Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS H~REBX ORDERED as follows: .
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated i.n the County of Sutte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utilzty eas,ement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of CaZifornia, and u~ore particularly described as
follows:
A11 that certain 20Ttoot public utility and ~ec-
reational easement lying 10 feet wide on each
side o~ Chat certain line dividing Lo~s 12 an.d
13 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Country
Club Unit No. 2, recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Pages 61 through b3, County of Butte,
State of Califarnia, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning on said line at its intersection with
the southeas~ corner of said Lot 12; thence N 78°
15'06" W, 136.30 feet to the southwest corner of
