Bi1I No. 2361 as Chapter 1372, Statutes of 1980, which raises the
Clerk's filing fees in the Superior, Municipal and Justice Courts;
and
' WHEREAS, this Board has previously indicated their inten-
tion to raise such fees in accordance with Chapter 1372, Statutes
of 1980; and
GdHE~AS, this Board finds that implementation of the new
~ fees ats~horized by Chapter 1372, StatuCes of 1980, are both reason-
able and necessary. `
NOW, 'I'~IEREFORE, BE IT RES4LVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that the Clerk's filing fees in the Butte County
Superior, Municipal and Justice Courts a~e raised to the maximucn
' allowed by law pursuant to Chapter 1372, Statutes of 1980, and the
Clerks of the Courts are directed to prepare new fee schedules in
accordance therewith, and as set out in Exh~.bit "A" hereto.
