JUSTICE PLANNI~G BOARD -- REGIO~ C
WH~REAS, Sections 5 and 6 of the Joint Pow~rs Agreement
granting the Regional Criminal Justice Planning Board - Region C
provides that each county may voluntarily withdraw from said Jaint
Powers Agreement;
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLU~D that the County of Butte
hereby withdraws from the Regional Criminal Justice Planning
Board - Region C;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha~ copies of ~his resolution be
forwarded to the Secretary and Chairman of the Region C Planning
Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 16th day of September, ~980, by the fo7lowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Wheeler, Mose~ey, Winston and
Chairman Lemke
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
